Shipping and Handling
Delivery time is estimated using our proprietary method which is based on the buyer's proximity to the item location, the shipping service selected, the seller's shipping history, and other factors. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. We will dispatch the item from the location with enough availability.
Estimated delivery time- includes seller's handling time, origin ZIP Code, destination ZIP Code and time of acceptance and will depend on shipping service selected and receipt of cleared payment.
The handling time is the number of business days the seller will take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment. A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller's account. If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately. However, in categories where permitted, if the buyer pays by money order, or eCheck, it may take several days.
"Business days" are normal weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays do not count as business days, so you'll want to keep them in mind as you determine the earliest delivery date for you.
If you want to receive the item quickly, complete your payment to the seller's account as soon as possible.
Before the delivery, the order will be proceeded with the manufacturing and quality control. After the complete testing, items will be shipped out to your destination by your selected shipping service asap. Items shipping internationally may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value. Buyers may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance.
Our Shipping Options
We drop ship worldwide to virtually any address serviced by FedExTW, UPSTW, DHLTW,TNTTW or EMSTW. Even with international shipping fees and tariffs, our abroad customers have us drop ship to their data center build-outs for maximum savings while ensuring quality.
Import duties are paid by the customer.
Our primary shipping carrier is FedEx International Priority, and their price is calculated automatically via the checkout function on our website. FedEx shipping service offers Fiberstore special discount on shipping rates worldwide because of the long-term good relationship between us. Many of our international customers, however, have us use their own DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS account number. In this case, the customer can simply select the Freight Collect Shipping Method/Self Express Account (including express account number and shipping carrier), and we will quickly process the order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. In some large carton cases, the shipping rates maybe dimension-based also. The weight of any such item can be found on shopping cart page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, the total weight of each order will be rounded up to the next full pound for freight calculation purposes.
