The iLEAP Future Business Leaders Training Program is a business leadership course jointly created by the top universities, Southern University of Science and Technologycollege of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and HEC Paris. On September 20, 2019, the opening ceremony of the 2019 Southern University of Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lecture Hall and iLEAP Future Business Leaders Training Program was held in the lecture hall of the First Research Building of SUSTech. The first phase of the class consisted of three types of students with ability, technology and resources. The members are: young and middle-aged entrepreneurs under the age of 45 who are concerned about the development of emerging industries and the transformation of high-tech industries; entrepreneurs who master hard technology and engage in high-tech-related industries; and are the future leaders of enterprises who are responsible for corporate transformation and industrial innovation people. 5G core network wave division transmission product and solution provider-Mr. Tong Wu , general manager of ShenzhenSharetop Technology Co., Ltd., as a representative of the development of emerging industries, transformation of high-tech industries, and a typical young and middle-aged entrepreneur who mastered hard technology was selected for the first phase Trainees.
The iLEAP project invites a team of mentors with outstanding achievements in academia, industry, and business to help trainees move toward future corporate leaders from multiple perspectives such as academic guidance, policy interpretation, case sharing, and practical experience.
