    10Gb/s 850nm Multimode XFP Optical Transceiver multi-rate 10G XFP transceiver is designed for serial optical data communications such as 10G Fiber Channel.It supports the 8.5Gbps transmission on both 50/125 mm and 62.5/125 mm MMF.The transceiver consists of two sections:The transmitter section consists of adirectly modulated 850nm VCSEL,driver and signal conditioner.The receiver section incorporates a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier(TIA)and signal conditioner.Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface,as specified in the XFP MSA.
