With the rapid development of optical fiber network, the amount of data carried by the data center is increasing day by day. There are more and more high-speed connections between equipment in the data center and the same machine room and the same cabinet or between different cabinets in the same machine room.
The active optical cable (AOC) and direct connected copper cable (DAC) launched by xianyitong technology can quickly realize the short-distance interconnection within the data center, which is the mainstream solution for the data center to realize the rapid and high-speed interconnection at present.
Common AOC speeds of active optical cables include 10g, 25g, 40g, 100g, 200g, 400g, etc. This section is xyt-400g-qsfp56-dd-8x 50g-sfp56-aoc, which is used for the data center 400g to 8-way 50g (50gbase-sr) ethernet branch link. The interconnection distance up to 70m (OM3) or 100 (OM4) can be realized through multimode fiber (MMF). The product features are as follows:

1. adopt hot pluggable qsfp-dd and sfp56 packages;
2.8-channel full duplex active optical cable (including one 400g qsfp56-dd module and eight 50g sfp56 modules);
3.8 channel 850nm VCSEL laser array and PIN photodetector array (50g pam4);
4. built in CDR circuit (DSP) in receiving and transmitting channels;
5. comply with qsfp-dd MSA, sfp56 MSA, IEEE 802.3cd 200gbase-sr4 and IEEE 802.3cd 50gbase-sr Ethernet standards;
6. the maximum speed is up to 425gbps (8-way 50g pam4);
7. interconnection up to 70m (OM3) or 100 (OM4) can be realized through multimode optical fiber (cable length can be customized);
8. the maximum power consumption of 400g qsfp56-dd module is less than 10W;
9. the maximum power consumption of each 50g sfp56 module is less than 2W;
10. built in digital diagnosis function;
11. power supply voltage: 3.3V;
12. comply with ROHS environmental protection standard (lead-free);
