随着光网络的发展，特别是5G网络出现后，数据传输量大幅上升，100G光模块逐渐广泛应用于各种光网络当中，用于快速提升光网络传输容量和速率。
纤亿通科技推出的XYT-Q28-BD-LR是一款用于100Gb以太网的多模光模块，该模块是用于短距离数据通信和互连应用的高性能模块。它主要采用4x25Gb/s LAN WDM的方案实现在单工LC发射4个不同波长和接收4个不同波长的单纤双向传输，工作波长为蓝波段1280 nm附近4个波长 和红波段1310 nm附近4个波长，支持热插拔，在单模光纤上可有效传输20km。
