Why do we need OTN deploy in disaster recovery center?

In order to avoid the construction of infrastructures such as subway repairs and building construction in the urban area ,digging etc .caused the fiber cables breaken make affect for the business , so the following requirements are required:
1. There are 20G services now, and 40G will be upgraded in the future. 20G is also required.
2. The distance of disaster recovery backup center and bank's data is 60 kilometers . It needs to meet the increasing requirements for high bandwidth, and the network can be upgraded continuously without networking shutdown in the future.
3. In order to avoid digging optical cables, banks and disaster recovery centers need back up all the time .
Case analysis
Currently, there are three transmission methods, WDM WDM, MSTP multi-service transmission platform, and optical cable direct connection.
Networking plan design
1.WDM technology can transmit 160KM without repeaters, expand the number of channels by 80 waves, and smoothly upgrade to 800G.
