Recently, Sharetop received a security monitoring transmission demand from a government department. A total of 260 monitoring electrical signals in a government building in City A need to be transmitted to the B city center monitoring room 120 kilometers away. Only one core fiber resource is available in the middle, requiring real-time monitoring and alarming of the entire transmission system.
Project difficulty
1. Monitor electrical signals and spread them. 2. Some of the electrical signals are gigabit, and some are 10 Gigabit. 3. The intermediate link is long and the loss is large, only one core.
Project design
After receiving the customer's demand, the technical engineer and the customer responsible person communicated in detail the details of the line and transmission requirements, and gave the “fiber media converter + wavelength division transmission”, which finally won the approval of the customer responsible person. The schematic diagram of the solution is as follows.
The fiber media converter of the corresponding rate is used to convert the customer electrical signal into an optical signal and converge to the OTU of the fiber optic device XYT-16416, and then the optical signal converted into a specific wavelength by the OTU is connected to the wavelength division card ODM. The optical signal is compensated by the dispersion compensation plate and the optical plate, and the single core and the double fiber are transmitted through the R+B card and the optical signal from the opposite end. After the optical signal is transmitted to the opposite end, the optical transceiver is used to restore the original electrical signal for the customer to use.
