- Products description -

Description The SFP transceivers are high performance,cost effective modules supporting multi-rate of 10 Gbps and 40km transmission distance with SMF.The transceiver consists of three sections:a FP laser transmitter,a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier(TIA)and MCU control unit.All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements.The transceivers are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement(MSA)and SFF-8472.For further information,please refer to SFP MSA.

1.10Gb/s serial optical interface compliant to 802.3ae 10GBASE-ER
2.Uncooled CWDM DFB Laser:1270nm to 1450nm
3.Up to 40km transmission.
4.Metal enclosure,for lower EMI. 5.Electrical interface compliant to SFF-8431.
6.2-wire interface for management.
7.Specifications compliant with SFF-8472.
8.Single 3.3V power supply.
9.Case operating temperature range:-5°C to 70°C.
10.Class 1 Laser International Safety Standard IEC-60825.
